What Is Cash Stuffing?
Cash stuffing is a budgeting method where you divide your money into categories, such as groceries, fuel, dining out, or savings, and place the cash into separate envelopes or budget binder wallets. Once the money in a category is gone, you stop spending from that category until your next budget period. This simple system helps you stay aware of your spending, avoid overspending, and work towards your financial goals using physical cash.
Why Should I Start Cash Stuffing?
Cash stuffing helps you take control of your money by making your spending more visible. Using cash can reduce impulse purchases, encourage better budgeting habits, and make it easier to reach your savings goals.Â

How Do I Start Cash Stuffing?
1. Set your regular spending categories (e.g. fuel, food shopping).

2. Set your savings categories (e.g. christmas fund, holiday fund). These are known as sinking funds.

3. Withdraw cash for your regular spending and sinking funds.
Place the money for each category into separate wallets.
Â
4. For the regular spending catergories, only spend what is available in each category.

5. At the end of the week/month if you have any leftover money in your regular spending wallets add the funds to a sinking fund or savings challenge. Once you complete a savings challenge you can add these funds to your sinking funds.

Product Questions
How do I clean my trackers?
We recommend using 100% acetone nail varnish remover. Pour a small amount onto a cotton pad and wipe down your tracker. Use a second cotton pad to dry it. Avoid wetting the edges of the tracker to prevent damage.Â
What are your trackers made with?
Our trackers mini challenges are printed on 160gsm card stock. Our bookmarks, skinnies and dashboards are printed on 250gsm card stock. All products except stickers are laminated with 150 micron gloss laminate.
