As a small business based in the UK focusing on handmade items, we put love and care into every single item we create. Below you'll find all the details you need about how we get your order to your front door.

1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. Custom orders with intricate or complex designs may require a little extra production and shipping time to ensure everything is perfect.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
We use Royal Mail services to ship our products to customers within the United Kingdom. Our shipping options include: Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letters (£1.55), Royal Mail Tracked 48 Large Letters (£2.85) and Royal Mail Tracked 48 Small Parcels (starting at £3.65). We currently do not offer international shipping outside of Mainland UK.
3. Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, these are the estimated delivery times:
- Royal Mail Second Class Large Letters: 2-3 working days.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 Large Letters:Â 2-3 working days.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 Small Parcels:Â 2-3 working days.
Please remember these are estimates and external service delays are outside our control and that the service may be slower during bank holiday weekends and over Christmas.
4. Order Tracking
For orders shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number on the Royal Mail website.
5. Final Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, shipping method, and the destination address. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is confirmed.

*Free shipping is offered for orders over £10 which fit in a large letter and for orders over £100 which fit in small or large parcel. Free shipping will be applied on eligble orders at check out.
6. Delays & Lost Parcels
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of checkout. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Address Errors & Returned Parcels
Please double-check your delivery address! If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations imposed by Royal Mail or international shipping authorities. We reserve the right to refuse to ship any products that are prohibited or restricted by law.​
9. Changes
We work quickly once we start! If you need to change your address, please email us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once processing has begun, changes may not be possible.
